With over 20 years of being involved in real estate, I have a wealth of knowledge that I can put to work for you in whatever real estate need you might have at the moment. I bought my first house in 1987 and for the next few years I built my real estate portfolio to 11 rentals. And to this day I’m still an active real estate investor.
I have also been in the mortgage business as a loan originator. I learned the business of financing real estate, which helped me understand the whole process from a different perspective. Having already studied about and put into practice the creative ways of financing real estate while being an active real estate investor, this experience as a loan originator seemed to be a good fit.
The area that I enjoy the most is marketing. Without marketing you don’t have the opportunity to sell. And if you want to sell real estate you must know marketing. And I’m pretty good at it! And I’m always learning new and improved ways of doing that job. I fully understand that being a real estate professional you must be good at marketing and it’s a big portion of your job. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying real estate or selling real estate I can get the job done.
